Halal is an Arabic word which means permissible. Dhabihah halal It is an Islamic way of slaughtering animals. As per Muslim law, halal meat is prepared by draining out all the blood from the animal’s body and the animal’s life should be taken in the name of Allah. Along with this, it is said that halal food should be free from alcohol, blood, urine(cut), pork or pork products. Muslims eat halal meat because this is commanded to them in the Quran. But it doesn’t mean that halal food can only be eaten by Muslims. Scientifically it is proven that eating halal meat has many health benefits over conventional meat. Halal animals should only be fed with vegetarian and they cannot be given any antibiotics or growth hormones as they may contain pork. Such meat is always healthy for a human body and mind.
